Why Mama Amplifying?
Mama Amplifying started as a blog—my little corner of the internet where I could share my heart about faith, home, and motherhood. But despite having everything set up and ready to go, something felt off. So, I paused. I waited on Christ. And in that waiting, He answered.
Now, here I am with a podcast. I still have the blog (because I know some of us love to read as much as we love to listen), but God placed it on my heart to amplify His message—get it?—through spoken words too. His presence has changed my life in ways I can’t even begin to explain, and my hope is that this podcast, just like this blog, becomes a place where we grow in faith together.
A Journey Rooted in Grace
My story is one of being found. Christ pursued me—His lost little sheep—and just about a year ago, I finally started listening. The peace I’ve found in Him is unlike anything else, and through this journey, I’ve been learning to surrender my days to His purpose.
But let’s be real—motherhood and homemaking don’t often come with quiet moments for reflection. The struggle is real when you’re trying to find the time (and silence!) to sit with God, let alone record a podcast. But in a way that only He could orchestrate, I found myself with time at night—the same hours I used to stay up listening to Delilah on the radio. If you know, you know. Her voice was comforting, her words uplifting, and there was something about listening to her show in those quiet moments that just felt right.
That’s my prayer for Mama Amplifying—that this blog and podcast will bring you encouragement, peace, and a reminder that God is always with you, no matter where you are in your journey.
